Anthony Doolin - Director
Prior to starting Pipeline Property Ventures (formerly Smithfield Property Group), Anthony worked for Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), a then, $90 billion fund manager. QIC Real Estate, for which Anthony was Development Manager, managed over $7 billion in property with over $2 billion in projects coming through their development pipeline. Anthony delivered $400 million in projects in Queensland for QIC and worked on a further $600 million in developments in Sydney & Melbourne. His expertise in the design and management of significant property development projects is difficult to match and he now applies his expertise to Smithfield’s boutique developments. His insight and ability to read the market distinguishes him from others.
In the last seven years, Anthony has his business into a position as a market leader in childcare development with over 2000 new long day care places created in Brisbane and surrounds.
Pipeline Property Ventures can now proudly put its name to over twenty high quality childcare centres in localities where supply and/or quality has been historically low.
Anthony recently crossed over into the operational side of childcare through the the acquisition of an existing childcare business in Enoggera.
